Okay, sorry about the desription. It's hard to explain. I have a website i made with tables because i don't really know how to do it otherwise. I have some bars on the left and on the right. I have to change the html/css on every page for the bars. I was wondering if there was a way to make a seperate file that each page could read and load up? does that make sense? :S

What you are describing is accomplished with Server Side Includes.
