I`d like to find a tutorial or some example code on how to build a vertical CSS based (NO JAVASCRIPT) menu with flyouts.

Importantly it must :

1. Validate
2. Work in IE6 and IE7

Too much to ask for?

I`ve seen Stu Nicholls site.

Maybe I`m missing something but he seems to have lots of examples but I don't know how to easily implement them.

Are visitors meant to to just copy and paste the source code?
