Does anyone have any ideas why my footer is being absorbed into the above div? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I been banging my head against the wall for a week. It only happens on the page with the form.

Try validating your code and fixing your coding errors. You've got a ton of them.
You cannot have a <div> inside a Header tag.

Good call. I removed the unnecessary H tags. There are a ton of errors in the form. I borrowed that code from the old site. I'll redo the form and see if that fixes it up.
