i'm wanting to know a quick way of getting something like this:

when i hover over div-block-1... texts or contents of another div-block-2 changes, then changes back to default contents when hovering out of the div-block-1

here's where i'm going to apply it, when i hover over the orange block links the texts underneath changes to information (Welcome to cetraltag - Home of Wellington Kiwitag) of the link being hovered then goes back to current active link information when hovering out
