Can someone show me how to get my style sheet to make an input box look like the one at this site:

That one. I just need the colors / etc..etc.. Just what would be in the style sheet, everything...I want to achieve that look. My current Code is fine, the look is NOT.

That is a graphic.

So you need to design a graphic for your input boxes if you want to achieve that look.
