Ok, well, the hr's look like they have some weird border around them and margins top and bottom, also the navigation isnt the same as how it looks in IE..
What version of IE ? I'm not seeing any weird border on your fake hr's.
From my perspective, the navigation hover isn't working properly, the orange isn't showing up. And.. that's because IE doesn't support the hover pseudo class on anything except the <a> tag.
