Just a quick one...

When using the CSS overflow:scroll, I get a horizontal scroll bar, & a vertical scroll bar, even though the text within the element fits within it horizontally. Is there any additional code I can write so that the horizontal scroll bar is no longer shown?

yes, that is known as {overflow-y: scroll;} instead of {overflow: scroll;}
