...as usual...it looks fine in IE, but it's lower than it should be in Mozilla. I tried adjusting the margin, but if it fixes it in Mozilla, then it's off in IE. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Get it to look right in FF, because it will look the same in other more standards-compliant browsers like Opera (and it does look the same in it). Use conditional comments to fix for IE's display problems. I usually have to tinker with the menu margins (at least) with IE to kick it into compliance. With that fix, this page should look pretty close in all browsers, but keep in mind that pages rarely look exactly the same in every browser.

Did you try using top:-27px; instead of margin-top:-27px;

I hate this issue, Microsoft get your act in gear...

That would only work if the container is set to position:relative or absolute.
