You can't do this automatically with CSS, and must apply a class or style to each row. However, there are some nifty ways to apply the classes automatically with JavaScript.

Could you point me in the direction of any examples I could use?
With straight JavaScript, without a library, it is a bit more complex, but not that hard. However, this is the wrong place. If you start a thread in the JavaScript channel I'll help you over there.
