On the left hand side menu, next to "archived programs", the border breaks for a brief period.

Does anyone know why?

the background image of the border is just 400px tall and your content is surpasses that.

what would probably make more sense is to just have a top and bottom border image to account for the rounded corners and use a border-left and border-right in css to account for the border in between. that way your content can grow as much as it needs and the border will still be there.
