Has anyone else noticed that sometimes dotted borders dont display right? I am working on a page right now where all of my borders are dotted, and sometimes images and text screw up the border, even when there is no overlap. Then if I highlight the border with my cursor it re-appears.

Now heres the next part of the equation, and I almost know the answer before I ask the question. This only happends when I use IE, not FF. Is this just IE being IE or is there something wrong with my code that I should change.

It will just IE being it's usual abysmally slow (in computer terms) self at rendering CSS.
