Seems pretty limited, though it might be a good model for degradation when users have JavaScript disabled.

Nice Gallery one thing i suggest though is maybe making the images .PNG or .GIF for faster loading times.Try to make the image size as small as possible.

hi,

yes i agree with you guys.

i'm also looking at using it on iPhone but with smaller images.
unfortunately i don't have one for testing.

also i've heard that iPhone doesn't support :hover, mouseover, and mouseout while some guys say it does. not sure which.

anyway, thanks for sharing guys.

Quirksmode tracks CSS compatibility for the iPhone as well as major browsers: http://www.quirksmode.org/css/contents.html

Referring to :hover and :active pseudo-classes:
Quote:
These pseudo-classes are hard to test on the iPhone. Clicking on the test link gives it the hover styles; until you click on another link. (This is consistent with the mouseover/out implementation of the iPhone.) The active styles aren’t supported.

hi guys,

i've viewed the slideshow using my friend's iphone.
it worked like magic.
you can just tap on the thumbnails and the slide stays on until you tap another.

it is really great.

Very good work! In fact, I think I'll bookmark it.
