Hey. Was wondering if one of you guys could help me. I have a website at http://pinkfloydfansite.atspace.com As you can see its fairly basic. Its for a first year college assignment and the teacher is just rubbish! Only showing us basic html,frames an tables etc.

I was hoping someone might be able to explain to me how to recreate something similiar to the menu system on this site http://www.pinkfloyd.net/ or perhaps point me in the direction of w website that could help.

I know this is done using css but can't quite figure it out.

Also how

I understand the very basics of CSS, ie. how it works. But not much more.
