My page looks great in Firefox but when I view it in IE 7 it breaks apart. But it doesnt do it all the time just at random. What's wrong with my code? And I can't seem to get my main container to expand with my copy.

When I hit refresh in my browswer it appears correct again. Other CSS sites don't do this. What did I do wrong?

Sounds like the peekaboo bug, except that IE7 shouldn't have that bug.
You've got a serious case of div-itis going on there, and it appears you're still thinking in tables for your layout the way you've got it 'sliced' together.

I'm not seeing anything broken in IE7. However, you do have some problems in Firefox too.

I found the problem. Oh, and I will validate my page. It turned out not all of my divs were sitting inside the main container div. I created a new one and cut and pasted everything in side. I floated my bottom footer container to both. Reset my main container padding as well as background color. that seemed to fix it perfectly.
