So I'm a complete dope when it comes to web design. Just got help building a website for my work and have one major problem...

On Firefox and Safari the site works perfectly but on Internet Explorer the content is shifting all the way off the page to the right. If their are any smart web guys out there I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks!

I haven't checked out your source code, but you could be missing a <div tag such as <div align="center"> or if you're using Css, check your style sheet for an alignment tag similar to a div. If you can't find the problem in either of those two places, Don't worry about IE, most use Firefox or Opera or other browsers anyway. Another thought, if your using Internet Explorer < 8 I would definitely consider upgrading to the latest...I haven't an idea which is the latest but 8 was the latest last time I checked...

Hope that helps you out.

absolute positioning! just don't use it unless you really have to, and you really understand what it does.

BTW You can't use position: absolute and floats on the same elements and not expect IE to throw a fit.
