I think it is the amount of padding on the content area? In IE it breaks down. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

1 - Validate your code, you have a number of structural errors
2 - clear your floats - look in our stickies!
3 - It's rarely a good idea to add padding to a div like that. Put the padding on the elements INSIDE the box.
