I designed my layout in photoshop, and usually I use tables to create my websites, but as you all know tables are very outdated and can limit me.

Does anybody want to help me setup my page in css?

It's really just one page, and from there I can just do the rest following the structure.

How is the OP going to learn anything by having someone do it for him/her ???
There are scads of FREE CSS templates on the web, find one layout you like and learn from it!

I've spent over a month trying to figure out the css elements required and I really am behind on going live. That's why I'm posting for assistance.
I'm not looking to keep learning/progressing web design, it's a field I left a few years ago for many reasons.
I have everything designed visually and need help figuring out what needs to be done.

Like LadynRed said earlier, there are plenty of free scripts out there. It's as easy as copy and pasting and you have a layout.

If you don't want to spend a lot of time on it, and don't know a lot about CSS, then firstly, just draw out your design on a piece of paper. Then find different snippets of code that match the design you want, and paste them in you source code.

It's that easy. That's exactly what I did when I just started out about a year ago, and I built pretty decent pages.

Itsy, if you have no interest in pursuing and learning web development, I would suggest you pay a developer to program your website appropriately. If it's for a (registered) non-profit organization, you may even be able to get a developer or someone fresh out of college to do it in exchange for advertising.

I've already tried offering payment to people and have had wait times and issues over and over again over the past 3 weeks.

I've searched scripts, I've used builders and so on and have had a really rough time getting it done.

After this much hassle with companies, craigslist and webmaster forums I am considering just designing it how I know how and forget the css bit.
