When I zoom the Index page in FF, it works fine, as expected. But IE makes a mess of the Tab Links on the Index page, and also after a point Chrome too. In IE, when I zoom in on the Index Page, IE removes the spacing between the links, while magnifying the tab boxes and other elements. In Chrome, it zooms well over 1 or 2 iterations of Ctrl+, but Chrome keeps the width of the Main Content DIV constant, and hence the tabs break out into 2 lines. How do I correct this, so that both IE & Chrome zoom gracefully like FF. (I've tested on FF3, IE7 & Chrome 1.0.)

As you've learned, Chrome only zooms the font-sizes. The only way to correct this is to do all of your width, height, left, right, top, etc, in em or %. This is ultimately impractical. This is the same for Firefox 2, and Safari.

As far as IE is concerned, it is working fine on my machine, but I didn't test in IE6. Are you just talking about 6?

Actually I have only tried it on IE7, not IE6.

And my IE7 is just IE8 in "IE7 mode", so I have no idea the implications of that as far as zooming is concerned.
