I have created a WordPress theme, and have added dropdown links for the top navigation. On my home page, the sub pages drop "over" the content area, however on additional pages, the sub pages drop behind the content area.

I used a css box generator for the content area on the sub-pages: Generator can be seen here however I didn't use it on the home page. I'm assuming this has something to do with why my nav links are droping beghind the content - however I'm not sure how to fix it.

Which browser is this behavior happening in ? Looks ok in Firefox and IE7.

There is a z-index on #nav that just isn't going to work. Z-index ONLY works on positioned elements, so you would have to set #nav to position:absolute or relative.
