So Im extremely green when it comes to creating websites but im trying to remake one for my boyfriend's company. I've been using dreamweaver cs3.

I know how to add a a spry menu bar, and ive watched and searched a lot of tutorials on adding them, and all show their menubars with a little blue tag on top that says Spry MenuBar: MenuBar1. Clicking this should expand some options in your properties on the bottom but I don't appear to have this blue tag.

Can anyone help me and let me know what im doing wrong?
