I'm going nuts over this incompetent browser called Intertnet Explorer.

I'm doing a site purely in CSS with divs and no tables (first attempt I must notice!) And IE just screws it up for me. What am I doing wrong (right) this time?

Looks the same to me except that it isn't centered on the page... is that what you were talking about or did you already fix it?

I'm now stuck with the problem that the page and the menubar aren't aligned into the center.

Also I find the html code of the menubar a bit ugly. Any idea on how to fix this?

If you do not have a fully-patched version of IE6, then you'll need to put text-align: center on <body> in your CSS. Otherwise, the margin: 0 auto method should work to center the wrapper.
