Problem with buttons in IE7

Hi I am having two problems with my site located at http://85.92.87.93/~sandbox/

The menu buttons do not work properly, if I click on the central area of the button nothing happens while if you click towards the edges of the button it works.

Any idea how to solve this?

It's working fine for me in IE7 and FF.

What you're seeing might have something to do with sifr. Make sure you have and updated version of Flash.
