Hi,

I have been messing around with 100% divs. After much effort I finally got my previews in dreamweaver to work for different sized browsers.

I uploaded my index.html to see what it would look like and got a shock ...

www.leehughes.co.uk this is my webpage when I uploaded it

This is my dreamweaver preview http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f5...1/Picture1.png

what happened? So confusing

Thanks

Your stylesheet is linked internally. You will need to revise the link and have it linked to your website.

../../../Applications/Macromedia Dreamweaver 8/Configuration/BuiltIn/PageDesigns/styles/2col_rightNav.css

Also,
Code:
html, body {
height: 100%;
}
#container { /* div you want to stretch */
min-height: 100%;
I see no div by the name of container..? might as well delete this code unless you're trying to reference this to something..?
}

Hi,

thanks for the reply..

I used this code for 100% divs.. I was a bit confused about what it was going on about. Am still working on it.

sorry to be a pain but how would I go about revising the link ?

Many thanks

Hi

On line 16, I believe

of your HTML document

<link rel="stylesheet" href="../../../Applications/Macromedia Dreamweaver 8/Configuration/BuiltIn/PageDesigns/styles/2col_rightNav.css" type="text/css" />

change the red section to your website root

so basically.. delete the red text and leave ONLY the blue.
