It's not possible to have a webpage in just CSS. CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) compliments HTML.

They both work in harmony so you shouldn't have any problems with compatibility.

CSS can go into a HTML document but not the other way round.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? If you know HTML then I think you have the big obstacle covered and should just grit your teeth and learn CSS, it's not all that hard.

As stated, you can't have a css-only site, CSS just handles the styling of the HTML framework. So, no HTML, no site!

HTML is the structure of a page, CSS is to style that structure.
