Hello guys i am wondering how the owner of this webpage has managed to have it so when i click a link it only loads in the content area.

htpp://www.donbiz.net - click a couple of links and u can see they only load in the content area.

Although my freind has told me it caches it so it looks like it becuase my computer doesn't have to fetch the pages.

Those are just normal pages. The styles and images used for the shared elements are just being cached, like your friend suggests.
