HI
I am using css3 styles like border radius and box shadow. I have used webkit and moz styles for these to render them correctly in firefox, safari and chrome. I cannot get anything similar to do for IE8 or opera. I have tried khtml for opera, I read about this somewhere, but it is no go.
I would like to get the site look a bit similar on IE and Opera too, but without using images and without using too much markup. Is this possible?

Thanks

I use those styles sometimes, as long as it still looks ok without shadows or rounded corners. General rule of thumb: if it degrades well, it's ok to use. Or, if the majority of your audience is tech savvy and on better browsers, have at it!

I would really love to see CSS3 implemented....... so many nice things in there, but i read that W3C spec are not even compleated and ready ...... so the browser will support css3 years from now.... for sure OPERA will be the first and IEX the last......... as always....

You could try to use JS to do it in the browsers that don't support it.

Here's a simple script that might do what you're looking for: http://www.ruzee.com/blog/shadedborder
