headings and div boxes aligning

Not sure if my heading actually makes sense, but please see below picture.

I want the heading "Thailand" to not have the space with the content belkow it. I would like to make them seperate div tags.
I know you can do it wil putting them in 1 div tag, but I need 2 for something i am trying to do.

Why is the Heading inside a div?
That's just extra markup for no reason at all.

the font family is "sans-serif" NOT "san-serifs"

the "defaulttext" paragraph still has the default margins/line break (1em in height ) applied to it, as does the H1 and the <div>. All these will stackup stack up.

BTW in my browser (FF) your text is in red because that it was I have as my default if nothing is set by the page.
