Hi,

I'm having trouble with a css photo gallery.

I'm getting reports from people that the photos that are supposed to pop-up on mouse over...don't stay open. One person had this to say:

it is jerky. hover the mouse over a photo and the photo opens/closes/opens/closes like in a nano-second. you have to find a certain spot on the photo with the mouse and station yourself there before the photo stabilizes.

What happens when you mouse over the thumbnails?

I'm trying to figure out the problem and I'm stumped. I'm using the same exact gallery on two other websites without any problems.

Why?

What browsers are used when the problem occurs?
I just tried three with no problems.

Thank you for your reponse.

Those who are having the problem are all using IE 7.

The strange thing is...these same people...using IE 7....view other sites with the same gallery and don't have a problem.

This is what has me stumped.

May I ask which CSS gallery you are using? I would like to intergrate it into my design.

I'm still having trouble with the gallery. I haven't found a solution.

Rather than asking for help...I'm now asking for people to simply try the gallery and see if it works for them. If you do...please let me know which broswer you used.

No problem with seeing the larger pictures when hovering over the thumbnails on IE6.

I'm using ie7 and it's flickering badly for me far more so than a css gallery that I created for a bathroom site and have also just viewed for comparison in ie7. If you want, you're welcome to copy my code: css gallery with css in the style sheet. My layout is almost identical with 9 photo thumbnails.

The strange this is...I'm using the exact same gallery elsewhere and it's not flickering. So, it has to be something else. Something on the page perhaps?
