My heading may sound confusing,
but what I am trying to do is having these small pictures for my videos that link to another page. When they hover over the picture, I would like another bigger picture to show.
A bit like this website http://vision.siampedia.org/

That's flash they are using... if you would like to add a hover then you simply make one like you would on a toolbar and put the correct image links where they need to be. Pretty simple.

I suggest stay away from Flash. But that's just me.
