Hi,
What could cause the footer to be not flush with the main body?

I do see the problem in FF - remove the margin from #footer p and the space will go away.

Sorry man but you are not telling the browser which you want. So please fix it first and then i will suggest you a proper answer...

It's fine now, I changed the hole css for a different look, I had the footer div outside the container div as I wanted it to spread 100% across the page, but now I have just put it in the div, but thanks all who answered.
