I am having trouble getting the dropdown menu working correctly in internet explorer. The problem I am having is the dropdown menu text is being cut off.

Any ideas on how to fix this, or is it even possible to fix?

here is the website

any help/suggestions would be great

Works fine in the latest version of IE, have you tried using z-index? When using z-index just make sure you also have a position element set as well, or it won't work.
