How to move the images (Print, Email and Comments) to the left side so that the line shown after the print disappears.

is this the padding issue?

Change the float on .tools-options to float: left instead of float: right.

It has only moved it to the center but there is no effect on border.

Changing the float isn't going to touch borders. To get the stuff to the right, take out the text-align:right; that's in .tools_options.

It is already on right.

.tools_options {
	width: 394px;
	float: left;
        text-align: right;
	margin: 0px;
	padding: 0px 20px 0px 0px;
	}

take out the text-align:right;

That means remove it!
