Short question here

Is it possible to have a global style sheet? So that even if an Apache error comes up (eg. 404 Not Found) it's in Arial font, instead of the default TNR?

Thanks

I assume it will have something to do with an .htaccess file, but I don't know if you can do CSS with that...

Just use a custom error page then you can style it however you want.

But unless you have console/SSH access as a root user you can't access the default error pages to add a stylesheet to them.

Ah, ok, thanks

I was going to use this actually for a plain .txt file, so if the user accesses prices.txt they don't see the page in TNR, but in Arial

Is that possible? I can't add a meta tag for it either because other pages use an include for prices.txt.

That will depend on the font settings, the OS and the browser on the client machine.

I'll see it in Verdana on Firefox, Courier if I use IE, TNR if I'm using Opera, Trebuchet MS for Chrome, need I go on?
