z index and image map problem

z index and image map problem

Hi, I have a map drawing that has image maps on it for clickable locations. The way I have it set up, the image map div must have a lower z index than the overlapping div above it with a higher z index. The image map wont click this way. Is there any kind of work around for this please ? thanks. Derek

I fixed it but I had to put the image in its own div. and made it the highest z index, but now the image map pops out of the div to the left. Not sure why, any help greatly appreciated, here is the code.

nevermind I fixed it by putting the image map in the same div as the monster div. thanks.
