I have a basic CSS drop down menu in one DIV, then a flash/AS3 image slider directly below it.

In FIREFOX, everything works fine, however, in IE the menu drops down BEHIND the content below.. I have tried making the flash transparent and changed z-index, etc... but can't get it to work

I have attached my files so hopefully someone can find the problem, and the link to the site is below. (None of the links are active.. I just want to fix this hiding problem in IE.)

You can give the menu high z-index number

You can hide your flash object for a time when the sub menu is shown.

Totally unnecessary! The solution has already been given.
