Here's the webpage, it's not my original design so working with someone else's creation. The issue... trying to change the Nav Bar at the very top of the page, it was a single row of images with the links. Trying to implement a css drop down menu. There is a main CSS file that the page has linked in, the navigation menu info is located in an include virtual text file that is placed in a table cell in the body of the page. There are 3 import CSS files in that include text file along with the nav list items.

I see it is not pulling in any of the 3 stylesheets for the menu. My guess because their information is in the body tags, not the head tags. How do I keep the include file and get the menu to work???

Why don't you just put the links to the 3 css files into the page directly?

Because the include text file that contains the nav info acts as a library item on 100 other pages on the site, so we only have to change that one file and bam all the other pages are automatically changed. It's a significant time saver. I have thought about it, but would rather not.

I understand how includes work. I don't see why you can't put the css file links into the head of your main document. Include files are only supposed to contain the CONTENT, not any other code from the head, so you're not going to get the css to pull in correctly with an include.
