I'm having trouble getting this footer to display correctly in Safari & Chrome for Mac and Windows. The wierdest thing is, it doesn't appear wrong all of the time, only every other refresh or so!!

See here:
http://bit.ly/dmOtok

There is supposed to be a 10px gap in between the bottom of the sidebar and the top of the footer (near where the contact details are in the bottom left).

Sometimes the gap does appear, sometimes it doesn't.

When I was working on it earlier on, the footer was just displaying completely wrong, each time I refreshed it would switch between one 'wrong look' and another 'wrong look'.

I've never had a problem like this before! Does this happen with anybody else?

It doesn't seem to be doing that for me with multiple page refreshes in safari or chrome?

Really? Hmm that's odd, I was getting it on both my Mac and my Windows laptop.

Either way, it seems to be gone now, after wrapping my image at the top in a div like so (I'm using 960gs):
Code:
<div class="container_16">
            <img src="image/banner-home.jpg" alt="Bortram Coach" class="banner" />
        </div>
Thanks for looking into it anyway
