Okay, so I'm not sure if this is Javascript or CSS, =/ ..... so I apologize ahead of time for bothering you guys in this section if it's not CSS.

Anyway, is there any way someone can explain what type of navigation set up this is? It'd be so, so, so helpful, because this is what my "client" wants me to make for them--well, something similar to that navigation bar, anyway.

Or at least to get the same hover effect in a different div right below it?

They use javascript (jquery library) but it is easy enough to do with CSS only

I'd hate to do it in Javascript, since I haven't adventured anywhere near that yet, but I could probably figure it out if I could do it in Dreamweaver. Otherwise, though, I'm screwed there.

Everything is CSS if you do not use tables for your layout.

There is not really any "tutorial" for this kind of nav menu... I think you have to Google something for yourself...

Lol, yeah, I know. I used client in quotation marks for a loose term, considering my computer skills lie mainly in Photoshop, but I hate the way the layouts load after being spliced in there. So for an adventure, and because (conveniently enough), this guy had Dreamweaver, I decided to give it a go, and already made a fairly decent layout. c:
