I would like to get rid of the gap between the top of my header and the top of wrapper, I am uncertain that it is margin collapse as I am finding it difficult to understand what margin collapse actually is.

I have tried to add to the height of the header, as I understand it, the wrapper div is "pushing" the header div down?

If you delete the text within the wrapper all should be good.
