I cannot find how to make the outside background to go the length of the content and the height of my page.

IF you use firefox add on you will see on my template I have a div call sheet and a bunch of others below it. those are the ones that need to be changed, but nothing I have done has worked.

Help will be highly appreciated.

Why are you using all that clipping??? You are massively complicating that layout. Your other problem is using all that positioning.

No my idea. I tried to fix it, but not an expert on CSS, specially this advance and complex tags.

Well, you don't need to be an 'expert' in css for that layout and what's there is so over complicated and unnecessary.
