On my website I am trying to figure out how I can align the area under Management Minutes Post and where it says Facebook and Twitter Pic. The alignment is a little off. My website is www gemmyallen com

I would suggest you get rid of the extraneous <br> tags that are scattered about, particularly the one that is above the sidebar div. If you need spacing, use css, you don't need extra <br>'s to create space.

I think you should align it at left sidebar.. from there user can see them easily.
