Hi,

I have a puzzling problem with this (seemingly) fairly basic page - IE (5.5) flatly refuses to let me scroll down the page, while Firefox (1.0.4) refuses to print more than one page of it. I'm baffled. My guess is that these two errors are somehow related, but I haven't a clue why either one occurs so I could easily be wrong.

Anyone able to help me out here?

It's a problem with your positioning for divTop and divBottom.

change divBottom to this:

#divBottom {
position: absolute;
}

and it seems to scroll fine in IE.... dunno if that solves your FF problem though

That's very helpful, although I'm a little vague about *why* it helps (still learning...)

It doesn't fix the Firefox printing problem, but it's easy enough to get around that using other techniques.
