I'm pretty new to CSS, been doing it for a couple months now and haven't worked out all the hacks yet but I have pretty good idea about the basic stuff.

Anyway, I'm really asking you to comment on my design, more on the way its built and if I've done things to there most optimised form.

You could make the tab headers scale better, try increasing your font size to see what I mean.
