Hi,
i run a photography forum.
http://www.digitalimaging-uk.co.uk/photoforum
I have a problem with posted image sizes being too large for some members screen resolutions and therefore introducing horiz scrolling in posts.
I have tried javascript resizers with links to the original in a pop up etc but the load times are annoying.
What i'd like to do is something similar to dpr
eg . http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/re...hread=19131634
where it looks to me that the image is just hidden where it overflows set parameters and when clicked displays the full image.
I hope this is css. I have css for my theme in my board so i can make changes to it.
How could i got about achieving something similar. Allowing me to set a fixed width after which the image is hidden overflow thus keeping the board the correct size when not viewing the full image.
I hope you can understand my request.
I guess it's a mixture of php, bbcode and css but i'm really not sure how to go about it.
cheers,
dave
