I'm in the process of building a webpage and I have opera, Firefox and IE7 on my PC (and use Windows XP SP2). I was wondering if I should be checking the design with any other browsers and/or operating systems?
I mainly use safari more than any other browser. I use it because it loads sites faster than firefox. Safari is also really good with code. I have found a couple of issues with Javascript though. In which they worked for everyother browswer except Safari. But that's it. I would still try to have your site checked with Sarfari.
vangogh had the right idea, but there is a better site out there.
www.browsercam.com . You get a 24-hour free trial of it, which should be all you need to get the major bugs out if nothing else.
The one browser I would add to your list off the top is IE6. Even though IE7 is newer, it's not anywhere near as common...yet. That, and it only works with XP.
