In FF2, everything works fine (other than the overlap in the header which isn't a direct problem). However in IE6 you have one big problem.
When the gender is changed, the centre column gets pushed underneath the right column. The fluid layout is fine though.
Another issue you have is that when the user chooses the option to change the scheme based on gender (sexist btw) the settings are not stored (as a session), so the default theme reverts.
I gather you have used Javascript for this (although possible with PHP) so simply apply a function that works similar to the stylesheet changer, but changes the flash app instead (finding an element/attribute within the flash image and replacing it with alternate flash image).
