Hi,

I created this liquid layout site and it works perfectly fine in Opera, Firefox, and even IE before i posted it online. Once I published the site online, it works for the first two browsers except for IE 6.0. The top right corner is not adjusted correctly, showing the wrapper's background color and the page cannot expand/contract correctly.

does anyone have any idea what is wrong here?

geocities servers add javascript code to the page above the doctype, and any text rendered by the browser before the doctype will put IE into "quirks" mode.

Don't use free hosting that inserts anything.

quirks mode is where IE follows it's own rules rather than running as an (almost) standards compliant browser.

Gotcha, I placed it in one of my godaddy accts and it works fine now.

However in Opera, the wrapper extends all the way down. In Firefox and IE, it displays it properly, but in Opera there doesnt seem to be a bottom margin.
