I am having problems getting a site to work within different browsers, it works fine in anything but IE. I have been asked to look at the code and fix this problem but Im struggling to locate where its going wrong.

To be honest theres a lot of code in there which isnt needed or could be condensed.

If anyone would talk a look at and get back to me if they have any ideas it will be greatly appreciated.

I am out of ideas.

its something to do with the height i think on the content area, im possible wrong, as im new to css :P but nice to try help.

Theres no many divs within the code its hard to identify where its going wrong, thanks for your suggestion but Im pretty sure its not the height issue, Im still having no luck so if anyone else can give their input I will be more than greatful.

Classic case of float drop. Examine the widths on the boxes that make up the left side navigation area and the rest of the content. Float drop occurs when the widths of the elements, which includes margins, padding and borders, is too wide for the main container.
