I use css created dropdown menu, but some of dropdown menu are behind a java applet, anybody can tell me how to fix it? help me:

Your code is a nightmare. I can't believe you're using <font> tags ! Uggh.. that's what CSS is for, to get rid of the old obsolete things like <div align="center" > and <font> tags.

Unfortunately, the java applet is a problem and I don't believe there is any way around it except to move it down the page. You can try adjusting the Z-index of the menu, but the menu must use either relative or absolute positioning for z-index to work.
