Dotted borders in IE?

Does IE support them? It always seems to replace them with dashed lines for me!

Although Im pretty sure Ive seen a dotted border work once when I was testing something, I think it might have been on a DIV element?

I don't think IE6 supports the dotted border, though I think it works fine in IE7.

I found this hack to display a dotted border in IE6, but it involved the use of a background image. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for, but I hope it helps.

Ahhhhhh,

I was thinking of using a background image, but I suppose i could stick with how it is if they display in IE7. I shouldnt think IE6 users will be put off the site purely because of a dashed border lol.
